Antonio Rudiger, Olivier Giroud and Gianfranco Zola made a surprise appearance during a family's zoom quiz.
Rudiger and Giroud, as well as club legend Zola, gate-crashed their call to speak with Paul and Tony, two brothers who share a special bond.
Paul suffered kidney failure in 2018, and his big brother Tony stepped forward to donate one of his own.

As the pair are deemed particularly vulnerable during the current coronavirus pandemic, their mum Jean wanted to raise spirits, so she arranged a few special guests for the weekly family quiz.
Chelsea's former assistant manager, Zola, interrupted the quiz from his home in Sardinia to check in on the family before current Blues stars Rudiger and Giroud joined the call.
Within moments of being on the call, Zola, the former No.25, was asked who he thought was better out of Frank Lampard and Steven Gerrard.
'Two fantastic footballers, probably some of the best midfielders England has produced, but I have to go for Frank of course,' answered Zola.
It was a video call that the family will never forget amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic
'I saw him at the beginning growing up, and you know he was unbelievable because he could play, he could score, he was very complete.'
Later in the call, Rudiger highlighted the importance of health after asking Paul how he is feeling, before suggesting that football should not be the priority right now.
'I'm good,' he says.

'My brother Tony gave me the kidney, but we're all good. I'm very lucky I've got a good family and a good brother.'
'This type of situation shows that football is not so important - the most important thing is health,' replies Rudiger.
Gianfranco Zola claimed that Frank Lampard was better than Steven Gerrard during the call
Though Paul jokes that football is always important, saying: 'Football is always very important - don't worry about the kidneys!'
The surprise follows on from Frank Lampard's recent call with NHS heart surgeon and Chelsea supporter Dr Panos Theodoropoulos, who is currently working on the frontline during the coronavirus pandemic.
This was in addition to Mason Mount, who last week got in touch with senior Blues fan Maureen for catch-up, which led to them talking about what they are missing at the moment, baking and even Mason's love life.
